GENERAL caMPGROUND INFORMATION, GUIDELINES and POLICIES
We have adopted the following Rules and Regulations to protect the rights and property of all parties and to ensure fairness to all campers. All campers, occupants, guests, and visitors must comply with these Rules and Regulations. Please inform management of ANY situation or condition that may require our attention or assistance. OFFICE AND STORE HOURS: Our staff handle multiple jobs around the campground; therefore, if they are not in the office, you may need to call them during office hours if you need their assistance. The store stocks a basic supply of RV supplies, ice and wood bundles. If you are interested in making purchases from our store, our store is available on an on-call basis by contacting us by telephone or text messages. Please allow some time for someone to arrive.

(You will be able to arrive at any time of day: there is no gate. You are not required to check in at the office. )

We want you to enjoy your experience, and for this reason rules are in place for everyone. We carefully review and update these rules regularly and look to our visitors to follow them so everyone can enjoy our park during their stay. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modifications may be necessary. Therefore, management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice.
The speed limit is 10 km/hour throughout the campsite and is ONE WAY ONLY driving counterclockwise throughout the park. This applies to motorized and non-motorized vehicles. This is strictly enforced for the safety of RV’s, vehicles and pedestrians.
FEES AND CHARGES: Fees and charges are subject to change at any time. If site fees change, we will honour the rates at the time of the reservation provided no changes are made to the reservation. If the reservation is modified, updated fees will apply.
A $5 booking fee is applied to each separate reservation booked. The reservation fee covers the cost of administering the reservation service. An additional $2 surcharge will apply to all transactions for calls received after 5 pm. You will not be charged the additional $2 surcharge if you book online after 5 pm.
SITE REGISTRATION: Registering for a site on behalf of another individual is not permitted. An individual can only be registered for one site, and the site must be in the registrant’s name. Reservations, however, may be made on behalf of others but must also be in the name of the site occupant.
VISITOR PARKING AND REGISTRATION:
ALL visitor vehicles must registered and pay the day-use fee of $15 per vehicle during the office hours of 9 am to 5 pm no matter how long they are staying. Your visitors use our facilities and increase costs for supplies, maintenance, and labour. A parking permit will be provided and must be displayed on the rearview mirror.
ALL visitor vehicles must park in the designated visitor parking area. The campground has designated visitor parking for visitors on the south and west sides of the main building. See the site map on the fence by the office. Visitors use visitor parking and then walk to the desired site. Visitors are required to leave by 10 PM or register as an overnight Guest before the office closes at 5 PM. Additional charges will apply. No overnight parking in visitor parking. If found parking in visitor parking overnight, you will incur charges equivalent to a nights stay in a campsite.
The registered guest is responsible for the conduct and behavior of family members and guests and must ensure all camping rules and regulations are being met.
MOTORIZED PERSONAL VEHICLES: Mini-bikes, motorized skateboards, all-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicle, side-by-side, electric scooters and children’s battery powered cars are not permitted. Pedal assist electric bikes are permitted, must be equipped with pedals and capable of being propelled by muscular power only.
CAMPFIRES: No open fires. We have a limited number of wood burning fire pits available upon request. Outside firewood is not permitted within the campground, however, it may be purchased at the office and delivered to your campsite prior to your arrival. Wood must be purchased through the campground office prior to 5 p.m., and we will not deliver fire pits or wood after 5 pm. Transportation of firewood at the campground and throughout Saskatchewan to protect our trees from invasive insects and diseases. It might seem difficult to imagine, but something as simple as bringing your own firewood when you travel to or from your favorite campsite could threaten and destroy thousands, even millions, of trees. Transportation of firewood is a common way for invasive species to spread.
GRILLS: Small propane fire pits, as well as pellet and propane grills are allowed. You may NOT use a grill on the campground picnic tables. Grills must be on legs, a grill stand, or a table other than the campground picnic tables.
GARBAGE AND BOTTLE RECYCLING: We make every effort to provide a clean and attractive park, please help us maintain it. Please place bagged garbage in the dumpster (see locations on map), one at entrance, and one in the north-east corner. Beverage containers must be placed in the white recycling container located near the red dumpster near the front entrance.
PATIO MATS: Only allowed on the gravel portion of the site.
QUIET TIME: Is 10 pm to 8 am (Please be considerate of fellow campers). Excessive noise, swearing and or partying will not be tolerated ANYTIME and you may be asked to leave. We thank you in advance for respecting our other guests and we also wish you a good night’s sleep!
Please remember… “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
ON SITE SEWER HOOK-UP: Proper sewer fittings are mandatory and can be purchased at the campground office. Do not dispose of black or grey water on the ground.
WATER HOSE: Expandable water hoses are not allowed due to history of breakage.
POWER CORDS/CABLES/SATELLITE DISHES: Satellite dishes and Starlink equipment must be placed on a table, the gravel pad or on your RV. Power cords, internet cables, Starlink connections, and similar connections are not to be placed on the grass. Kings Acres assumes no liability for cords damaged during routine maintenance activities. We will be moving all cords and equipment if they are in our path during lawn maintenance.
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN: We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure the safety of children and maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask all parents and guardians to adhere to the following Child Supervision Policy:
Parental Responsibility:
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on campground property.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using campground amenities, including the playground, washrooms and facilities in the main building.
Children under 16 may not operate the washers and dryers in the laundry room.
Littering is not an acceptable behavior. Please ensure children are disposing of snack wrappers and drink containers.
Parents are liable for any damage or disturbances caused by their children.
Violations and Enforcement
Failure to supervise children adequately may result in a warning, loss of privileges, or removal from the campground without a refund.
Campground staff reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure safety for all guests.
SITE OCCUPANCY: For your camping comfort, as well as those around you, we allow one family, one camping unit and one vehicle per site. Single family occupancy is based on 2 adults (18+) as well as any dependent children under 18 living with parents, or 4 adults max per site. Additional charges may apply for additional adults above two or children above three. To allow us to best accommodate your camping needs, we ask that all reservations are made based on overnight guests. Only ONE (1) camping unit per site. A maximum of one (1) small 2-person temporary tent is permitted, for no longer than 2 nights consecutively with management approval. Additional charges apply.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or ask guests to leave the campground if a group arrives without an eligible adult present, or if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise fails to meet the expectations of a safe and enjoyable camping experience for all. This includes groups made up entirely of minors, as well as any guests, regardless of age, who display irresponsible conduct, cause disturbances, or disregard campground rules.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER SITE: One family is permitted per Designated Site or a maximum of two adults over the age of 18. A family is defined as two parents and their dependents under the age of 18. All others are considered additional guests and additional fees will apply. The maximum number of overnight guests staying in your site is limited to eight unless special permission has been obtained from the Campground Manager.
SITE MAINTENANCE: Site maintenance will be provided by campground staff. Grass maintenance is done as needed and may occur between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Access to the campsite must be allowed for maintenance purposes ie: grass cutting. Please ensure your belongings do not remain on the grass for extended periods of time which will damage the lawn. Damage to lawns/lots will be subject to repair charges. Sewage
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside lobby area, bathrooms or laundry room. Please do not leave cigarette butts or nut seed shells on the grounds of the campsite. Please dispose of them in fire pits or other safe containers. NO LITTERING. Be kind and clean up after yourself.
CAMPSITE: All campsites must always be kept neat and in clean condition at all times. Any camper who leaves a campsite in an untidy condition or requires additional maintenance of cleaning will be held responsible for the cost of such clean up. Any item that remains on a campsite after departure becomes the property of the park. If the appearance and cleanliness of your campsite is not rectified or continues, you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be provided.
Be sure to keep personal belongings and portable items secure. Campground management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages of property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS: Your RV and one (1) vehicle will be allowed at your campsite. Please do not park on the grass or on the roadway. Additional vehicles must be parked in our designated reserved parking areas. Additional parking fees apply. No parking across the gravel pad. Your RV must be parked far enough onto the gravel pad to allow your one vehicle to park within your campsite without encroaching onto the roadway or parking on the grass. On some campsites, you may need an electrical extension cord and a longer sewer hose.
Parking for extra vehicles is available for an additional fee of $10 per night, please do not park in empty sites as they may be reserved by a late arrival. Parking in an unoccupied site will result in a one-night charge to your credit card on file. Contact the office if you require an extra vehicle reserved parking permit. Please keep in mind that we have limited spaces available; therefore, we may not be able to accommodate an extra vehicle if all our spaces are occupied.
Washing of RVs or vehicles is NOT permitted in the park.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Electric vehicles are not permitted to be charged at your campsite pedestal. There are charging stations within 5 minutes from the campground. Our current electrical capacity and infrastructure cannot support vehicle charging at this time.
SANI-DUMP: The Sani-dump is available to registered guests at no additional charge.
RESTROOMS AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Restrooms and showers are open 24/7 and are located inside the main building. Children under age 12 require adult supervision. Unaccompanied minors (Under 16 years of age) are not allowed to operate the washing machines or dryers in the laundry room. Do not leave your laundry unattended. Please remove clothing from the washer and dryer promptly at the end of a cycle. No clotheslines allowed in the campground.
Pets: Your pet is part of the family and our welcome guest. Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. We do have a breed restriction: No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls or look like Pit Bulls, Wolf Hounds, or any dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior. We ask that you keep your pet on a leash no longer than 6 feet (3M) at all times and you must be at the other end of the leash. You can not tie ropes to our trees or picnic tables to tether your dogs. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. A tethered dog should not be able to reach outside of your campsite area. You MUST be in complete control of your dog at ALL times. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations. Pets are not permitted in the building. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and take advantage of the designated-on leash dog walking area. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $25.00 clean up fee to the credit card on file. Dog waste bags are available on the front fence near the main building.

Cancellations
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations and refunds must be in accordance with the cancellation and refund policies as stated below. Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, fire bans, car trouble or getting lost.
Absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations that occur for stays booked on the following long weekends or holidays regardless of the notice given: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, and Labour Day.
Cancellations up to 2 days prior to arrival date:
You will be refunded your total reservation fees minus the $30 cancellation fee and $5 non-refundable booking fee.
Example: If your check-in date is on July 8th, you must notify us by July 6th to qualify..
Cancellations within 1 day to arrival date:
You will be charged 1 night's fee including the $5 non-refundable booking fee, regardless of how many nights you have booked.
Example: If your check-in date is on July 8th, you must notify us by July 7th to qualify.
Cancellations less than 1 day to arrival date:
No refund will be provided. You may apply your forfeited refund to a later date during the same year. You will not be able to receive a refund on any amount that has been forwarded from a cancellation that was made less than 24 hours from arrival date.
Reservations more than one week: If you are cancelling a reservation that is more than one week within 1 day to arrival date, then you will be charged 1 week fee including the $5 non-refundable booking fee and the balance will be refunded.
Example: If your check-in date is on July 8th, you must notify us by July 1st to qualify.
